I had an excellent stay at the Aurora Central Hanoi Hotel. The staff really made me feel special, especially Harry, Long, Bin, and Tu. The breakfast was fantastic, too. However, the soundproofing could use some improvement, as I could hear conversations from the neighboring room. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience.

I really enjoyed my stay at Aurora Central Hanoi Hotel overall, and despite a few hiccups, I can't deny there's a lot to love about this place. The room was beautiful, the city view was amazing, and the staff were super friendly. However, I did experience some noise issues at night and had a couple of moments that felt out of place for a 4-star hotel, like waiting for room checks and issues with the minibar bill.
