I had a lovely stay at Aurora Central Hanoi Hotel overall. The location and friendly staff really made the experience enjoyable, but there were a few hiccups regarding noise and some minor service issues. The breakfast was nice, though a few more vegan options would have been appreciated.

I had an excellent stay at the Aurora Central Hanoi Hotel. The staff really made me feel special, especially Harry, Long, Bin, and Tu. The breakfast was fantastic, too. However, the soundproofing could use some improvement, as I could hear conversations from the neighboring room. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience.

The room was beautiful, the city view was amazing, and the staff were super friendly. However, I did experience some noise issues at night and had a couple of moments that felt out of place for a 4-star hotel, like waiting for room checks and issues with the minibar bill.
